How is the waste disposed of?
We double-bag the waste and leave it in your trash can, so it's smell-free and ready for pickup day. Rather not have it in your garbage? Add haul-away for a small fee and we'll take it with us for disposal.
Do you still come in winter?
We do. Service runs year-round, rain or shine, heat or snow. Waste does not stop in the cold, so neither do we.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts, ever. You can change your plan, pause, or cancel anytime without a penalty.
How does payment work?
You'll always see your exact, final price before anything is scheduled. Pick your service, select the convenient payment option of your choice, and checkout in our secure payment portal. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfer. We don't take cash or checks (for now).
